A. All employees will receive salaries, benefits and compensation as established by the city.

B. All reserves may be compensated as appropriate under rules and regulations as prepared by the police chief, reviewed by the city manager and adopted by the council.

C. All employees, reserves, auxiliary and other volunteer personnel will be covered by worker’s compensation insurance in accordance with state law. [Code 2006 § 4-1-7. Ord. 89-14, 7-12-1989].
