2.15.040 Vacancies in council.

The council shall fill a vacancy that may occur by either of the following:
A. Appointment for the unexpired term.
B. Appointment until the next regularly scheduled council election if the vacancy occurs more than 30 days before the nomination petition deadline. [Code 2006 § 2-1-4. Ord. 2009-16, 10-27-2009].
