A facility use request shall be submitted to the city parks and recreation office whenever any person or group desires exclusive use of any portion of any city park or recreation facility. The city manager or his/her designee is hereby authorized to accept or reject reservations in accordance with this chapter. [Code 2006 § 15-3-1.
