Storing commercial motor vehicles on residential properties is prohibited. The parking of commercial motor vehicles on residential properties shall be limited to a maximum of two commercial motor vehicles if both vehicles are less than 6,000 pounds gross weight or a maximum of one commercial motor vehicle if the vehicle is between 6,000 and 14,000 pounds gross weight.
