No person shall park a vehicle, commercial motor vehicle, equipment or trailer of more than 14,000 pounds gross weight on that side of any public street which is on the boundary of or is within a residential land use zoning district as designated on the current official zoning map except for the purpose of loading or unloading said vehicle or equipment.
