It is prohibited for any person to drive, ride or use a motorcycle, off-highway motor vehicle, motor vehicle, minibike, dune buggy, motor scooter, jeep or other form of transportation propelled by an internal combustion engine upon any public or private property that is not a driveway, private street way, public street way, public right-of-way or street as defined in SCC 12.05.040 and 12.20.030, or on rights-of-way determined by the city engineer to be inappropriate for such travel, and visibly posted to prohibit such travel, including, but not limited to, public trails, river walks, etc. [Code 2006 § 11-3-18.
