If a deadline or required date of action falls on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holiday observed by the City, or other day that City offices are not open, the deadline or required date of action shall be the next day that is not a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holiday observed by the City, or other day that City offices are not open. References to days are calendar days unless otherwise stated.
