5.40.050 Fees – Civil union certificate.
This section is included in your selections.
The fee for filing a civil union statement and any attachments shall be $50.00, which entitles the person filing the statement on behalf of the civil union to two certified copies of the official statement, which shall constitute civil union certificates.
A. The fee for obtaining additional copies shall be $10.00 per copy.
B. The fee for filing a termination of civil union statement shall be $10.00. [Ord. 2013-05 § 1, 9-24-2013; Res. 2013-21 Exh. A, 9-24-2013].
