A. Required Insurance. The owner, owner’s designee, or the online lodging marketplace platform shall maintain liability insurance appropriate to cover the short-term rental in the aggregate of at least $500,000.

B. Proof of Insurance. Proof of the required liability insurance coverage shall be provided to the city upon a request by the city within 10 calendar days of a request from the city. [Ord. 2022-11 § 1, 11-22-2022; Res. 2022-36 Exh. A, 11-22-2022].
