A. Nondiscrimination. Licensee shall not deny service, access or otherwise discriminate against subscribers, users or residents of the city. Licensee shall comply at all times with all applicable federal, state and city laws, rules and regulations, executive and administrative orders relating to nondiscrimination and equal employment opportunities and requirements.

B. Laws and Codes. Licensee shall comply fully with all applicable local, county, state and federal laws, codes, ordinances, rules and regulations.

C. Cumulative Rights and Remedies. All rights and remedies of the city manager and the council in this chapter are cumulative and may be exercised singly or cumulatively at the discretion of the city manager or the council. [Code 2006 § 12-1-15. Ord. 91-20, 12-10-1991].
