The council shall hold regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m.; provided, that when the day fixed for any regular meeting of the council falls upon a day designated by law as a legal holiday, such meeting shall be held at the same hour on the next succeeding day which is not a holiday. All regular meetings of the council shall be held in the council chambers at the city offices located at 102 Roadrunner Drive, Sedona, Arizona. [Code 2006 § 2-4-1.
