Those certain specifications entitled “Maricopa Association of Governments Uniform Standard Specifications and Uniform Standard Details for Public Works Construction,” sponsored and distributed by the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG), are hereby adopted by the city and made part of this title the same as though said specifications were specifically set forth in full herein; and at least three copies of the specifications shall be available for public inspection in the office of the city engineer.
