That certain code entitled Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1994 Edition, as amended and codified, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, three copies of which are available for public inspection in the office of the director of community development, is hereby adopted as the dangerous buildings code of the city, and made a part of this title the same as though set forth in full herein, excepting those portions hereinafter deleted or amended.
