That certain code entitled National Electrical Code, 2017 Edition, as amended and codified, published by the National Fire Protection Association, three copies of which are available for public inspection in the office of the director of community development, is adopted as the electrical code of the city, and made a part of this title the same as though set forth in full herein, excepting those portions hereinafter deleted or amended.
