Whenever a building permit is issued and a building inspection performed, such building shall conform to the provisions of the city land development code in addition to the provisions of SCC 2.60.020, Chapters 5.30, 8.30, 12.05, 12.15, 12.20, 12.25 and 14.10 SCC and this title.
