A. Except as otherwise provided by this code, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway where there are adjacent curbs shall be so stopped or parked with the right-hand side of such vehicle parallel to and within 18 inches of the right-hand curb.

B. For the purposes of this chapter, the words, terms and phrases used shall have the meanings ascribed to them in A.R.S. Sections 28-101 and 28-601, except where a different definition is provided in this chapter or where the context clearly indicates a different meaning. [Code 2006 § 11-4-1.
